We are sorry to inform fans of Whores of Christ, but because
of the loss of lead singer Robert ?Twitch? Griffey and guitarist Jason ?Trauma?
Haddock, the band has now ceased to be. We apologize to all fans of both
the group and black metal in general. Keyboardist Sarah Armstrong had this
to say, ?Twitch and Trauma were the true driving force behind Whores of
Christ, and because of their talent for writing music we became the band we
are today. So I, as well as Alison,
Julia, and Mikael, have realized that the band would not be the same with
the absence of the two. We wish them good luck on their future endeavors,
and regret that they cannot be here with us. Thank you.?
But there is some good news, Twitch has now finished
recording vocals for several guest spots on Filth Victim?s new
as-yet-untitled album due out in Summer 2004.
